THE PACIFIC FINE FOOD STORY……
Back in the early 2000’s when founder Kelly Kearney purchased Pacific Fine Food, Alameda Point was a ghost town. The U.S. Navy had recently vacated the land and only a handful of companies were here. We catered for zillions of automotive companies who came to rent the former runways to test drive new cars like including Acura, BMW, Buick, Chrysler, Chevy, Dodge, Honda, Jeep, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Toyota & Volvo. Today our client list (links to new list) has diversified and includes several of the largest companies in the East Bay and beyond including Clif Bar, Kaiser Permanente, The Port of Oakland, UC Berkeley and even a group of 500 Park Rangers from the East Bay Parks Department!
Currently Pacific Fine Food still serves wholesome, healthy, comforting, tasty and seasonal cuisine with new owners Jeff Rosen and Erin Traylor at the helm. You’ll still find some of your Pacific Fine Food faves such as Hula Chicken, Grilled Shrimp and Asian Slaw wraps and Fresh baked muffins but you’ll also find some of the best buttermilk biscuits you’ve ever had, killer BBQ, Slap yo mama Cajun-Creole cuisine and food truck style Korean taco bars. As always Pacific Fine Food makes delicious and inviting plant based meals for our vegetarian and vegan friends!
