Our Story…

Back in the early 2000’s, when founder Kelly Kearney purchased Pacific Fine Food, Alameda Point was a ghost town. The U.S. Navy had recently vacated the land, and only a handful of companies were here.

We catered to zillions of automotive companies that came to rent the former runways to test-drive new cars, including Acura, BMW, Buick, Chrysler, Chevy, Dodge, Honda, Jeep, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Toyota & Volvo.

Today, our client list has diversified and includes several of the largest companies in the East Bay and beyond, including Clif Bar, Kaiser Permanente, The Port of Oakland, UC Berkeley, and even a group of 500 Park Rangers from the East Bay Parks Department!

Currently, Pacific Fine Food still serves wholesome, healthy, comforting, tasty, and seasonal cuisine with owner Erin Traylor at the helm.

You’ll still find some of your Pacific Fine Food faves, such as Hula Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, and Asian Slaw wraps and fresh-baked muffins, but you’ll also find some of the best buttermilk biscuits you’ve ever had, killer BBQ, Slap yo mama Cajun-Creole cuisine, and food truck-style Korean taco bars.

As always, Pacific Fine Food makes delicious and inviting plant-based meals for our vegetarian and vegan friends!

We’ve done it all! Pacific Fine Food Catering, Inc. is a full service catering company and we deliver all over the East Bay and SF. Our delicious food can be delivered as a drop off and we’ll set everything up for you. We are also a full service catering company that can bring our awesome staff to serve you! We’ll bring table linens, risers, and edible flower-garnished meals on beautiful platters and we’ll clean up better than when we arrived!

Our chefs design menus with your particular needs in mind. For our sports camp clients, we have worked with Bay Area nutritionists to create high-protein, high-nutrition menus to meet the dietary requirements of these elite athletes. For our airline clients, our chefs have created daily meal service for crews that’s not only delicious but meets the criteria of their union contracts. For St George Spirits, we make hearty food to compliment their excellent spirits. For over 200 departments within Kaiser, we help their staff “thrive” with local, fresh and seasonal food.
