FAN-TAS-TIC! DE-LICIOUS! AWWW-SOME! WOW! Those are the compliments we got from our friends and family when they saw and experienced the lovely BBQ lunch you catered for our son's Graduation and daughter's Confirmation party on Sunday! Everyone marveled about the presentation and the quality of the food, and commented on how delicious everything tasted! We were surprised at how many people complimented your green salad with the edible flowers, and of course, everyone wanted to know the recipe of your dressing! And, you were right when you assured me that I didn't have to worry that I wouldn't have enough food for everybody. The portions were perfect, considering the fact that I have a large family with huge appetites! I even surprised my guests when I told them that I had not sampled any of the dishes beforehand, but merely went with my instinct to go with Pacific Fine Food Catering after I went to your website and saw all the beautiful pictures of past events and read all the wonderful comments of satisfied clients!

You all did a WONDERFUL job. Firstly you all were a pleasure to work with and what a creative display of delicious tea fare! Ladies went nuts over the sandwiches which they said, "tea sandwiches" are usually really tiny and dry these are the Best" and the cookies passed with flying colors ! Loved that they were homemade and not those typical glazed flower cookies, the lemon and peanut ones were divine and different which was nice! So thank you again for a beautiful job. I am going to mention you in the newspaper and hopefully continued business will come your way. Hey girls!

Some of you got a chance to taste the food from today's caterer for the Regional Presidents and National Leadership Team meeting. Here is the link to their website. Her name is Kelly Kearney.

The NLT & RPG loved the choices Jayne made on today's menu and can I say, SO DID I !!!! It was a low calorie menu with all of the taste of a high calorie meal. One executive couldn't believe the nonfat yogurt was actually nonfat. And the low fat peach coffee cake was unreal!!!!!!!!

Now most of you know I don't like low fat or fat free anything, and with most of us watching what we eat these days, I can say this caterer lets you feel like you're cheating without cheating. If you like, give them a shout and let them cater your next event.

So keep keeping track of your calories and your carbs. Be fit, be healthy and keep thriving.
